Hi, I’m Angelina — the creative heart behind Bergamot Sunshine Co.

I’ve always loved trying something new, but I truly fell in love with crafting in adulthood. Whether I’m stitching, sewing, or crocheting, I’m most in my element when I’m making something with my hands — and helping others do the same.

Bergamot Sunshine Co. is built around creativity, connection, and a little joy. I hope these cozy classes give you space to play, make, and feel like part of something warm and welcoming.

I’m Angelina — a craft lover, teacher, and community builder based in Charlotte, NC. I started Bergamot Sunshine Co. as a way to blend my love of creativity with my passion for helping people feel connected. What began as a casual sewing day with my sister and friends turned into something bigger: a space for cozy workshops, beginner-friendly classes, and gatherings that spark both inspiration and community.

I teach embroidery, crochet, and sewing (my current favorites!) — and lately I’ve been dreaming up citrusy polymer clay fridge magnets, so who knows what’s next.

The name Bergamot Sunshine comes from my love of tea, sunshine, and a little wordplay (“positivi-tea,” anyone?). But more than that, this project is about joy. It’s about making space for creativity as a form of care, connection, and healing. One day, I’d love to grow this into a full craft café — maybe even with books and baked goods too.
